TOMATO PASTE
Tomato paste is obtained from fresh clean ripe tomatoes, has smooth and homogeneous texture, red vibrant colour and intense tomato flavour and aroma. Tomato paste can be either Cold or Hot Break, and depending on specifications concentration ranges from 28 to 38 brix.
Our standard tomato paste range includes:
a) 28/30 CB and HB
b) 30/32 CB and HB
c) 36/38 CB

PIZZA SAUCE
Pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes is obtained from fresh clean ripe tomatoes, has harsh homogeneous texture, red vibrant colour and intense tomato flavour and aroma. Pizza sauce is usually Hot break with concentration from 10 to 20 brix and is available with or without spices.
Our standard pizza sauce range includes:

Diced tomato is obtained from fresh clean ripe tomatoes that are specific for dicing. Product contains defined tomato pieces in slightly concentrated tomato juice. Diced tomatoes can contain calcium chloride as firming agent.
